In recruitment frauds, individuals are contacting job candidates claiming to represent specific employers, including but not limited to ManpowerGroup. These fraudulent activities can include but are not limited to invitations to interview, job postings offering roles including work from home roles, and/or requests for payments by job candidates to cover a range of expenses and administrative costs.

Remember: ManpowerGroup India does not charge any fee or money at any stage of our recruitment process from any candidate. We do not authorize any employee to charge a fee for recruitment. We would like to state that such statements are purely made by imposters with the intent to cheat candidates. Candidates are requested to practice caution.

Job scam cases are on the rise. In the event that you receive a job advertisement message or email from an unknown sender, stay safe by doing the SCC: Stop. Check. Contact.

Always remember

When applying for roles within ManpowerGroup- Manpower/ Experis India/ Rotostat India/ ManpowerGroup India, the relevant recruiter will contact you in one of the following potential ways:

  • A direct phone call from a member of the brand’s recruiting team
  • Correspondence in the form of emails through our recruiting system; the emails usually come from an employee with an - @manpowergroup.com email address - @in.experis.com email address - @right.com email address - @manpower.co.in email address - @rotostat.in email address
  • Emails directly from our recruiters/talent acquisition team with the above mentioned email addresses or LinkedIn with the above mentioned email addresses
  • Our talent acquisition team or recruiters will never ask you to provide personal identifying information such as a social security number, birth certificate, financial institution, driver’s license or passport information over the telephone or via email. ManpowerGroup will never ask for you to provide any kind of payments or deposit in order to apply, interview, hire or onboard to our company.
