Sanju Ballurkar brings with him 25 years of rich cross-functional experience
spanning across domains like Engineering & Product Development, IT Services,
Business Operations and P&L Management. Prior to joining ManpowerGroup, Sanju
headed Magna Infotech (A division of Quess Corp). He was instrumental in
building winning teams, creating robust technology systems related to both
Recruitment and back office management and enhancing operational and cost
efficiencies. He also served as the Chief Innovation Officer responsible for
developing strategic technology frameworks for the Group’s various lines of
businesses, including Human Capital Services, Facility Management Services, Food
and Hospitality Services as well as Training and Skill Development.
He holds an Engineering degree and two Master of Science degrees from USA and
has worked for 8 years with the global technology giant 'Pitney Bowes' (USA). He
has 2 US patents for his pioneering R&D work and has several international
publications to his credit.
