A dynamic brand architect with 23 years of rich and diverse experience in brand creation, sustenance and advocacy. She has launched as well as re-positioned brands, co-worked in setting up new business verticals and led cross-functional teams on challenging projects. From concept creation to execution, she has led market mapping, development and growth.
She has also been a core member of the Leadership Team - leading strategy & marketing with a maverick outlook and entrepreneurial spirit. She has also played a pivotal role in leading various programs at an industry level working closely with competitors towards a unified goal thereby uplifting the image of the industry as a whole.
She is intrigued about consumer journey, customer life cycle, brand personas and the impact of influencers on society. Over the years she has integrated traditional forms of mass media with both experiential marketing & new forms of digital marketing, to build a lasting connection between the brand and the end consumer. She developed expertise in strategic marketing and communication, customer service, creating new revenue streams, market research, social media marketing and creative ideation.
In ManpowerGroup, she is leading the Marketing and Corporate Communications function in India.
