Alok Kumar is the Director – Sales, Account Management & Global Accounts at ManpowerGroup India, the world leader in innovative workforce solutions. Appointed to this leadership position recently in September 2018, he is responsible for the business growth by driving Sales and managing the key accounts.
Prior to joining ManpowerGroup, Alok was Head – Strategic Sales & Account Management at Adecco India. In his role at Adecco, he was responsible for managing Sales for the Adecco Group in India.
An adept & strategic leader who evokes highest level of team engagement, Alok has several significant achievements to his credit.
He was instrumental in driving Adecco Group’s growth in Indian market and has continuously accelerated business growth, increased ROI and enhanced shareholder value by pushing profitability.
Prior to his stint at HR Services industry, Alok has worked with reputed IT and Telecom companies. He has worked as Regional Head – North & East India at Bharti Teletech Ltd (A Bharti Enterprise) and led one of the best Enterprise Solutions team delivering robust Telecom Infra solutions to Corporate and Institutions.
He has also worked at Reliance Communications, HCL Infosystems and Redington India Limited managing Key Accounts and Channel Sales.
Alok holds a bachelor’s degree in Humanities from Ramjas College, Delhi University and an MBA from SCMS, Cochin, India.
He currently stays in Gurgaon and likes to indulge in travelling, biking and exploring culture and history of places during his free time.
